US Citizen/Permanent Resident or Work Permit​

Have had at least one child of your own

No more than 2 C-section and 4 deliveries

No major complications during pregnancies or delivery

Lead a healthy lifestyle (No smoking and substance abused）

No criminal history

Must have reliable transportation
